The yoga wall combines traditional Pilates work, resistance training, and barre inspired movement to create an energetic, low-impact workout.

Hamstrings tight? Is your back stiff? Shoulders tight? Try the Yoga wall! This low impact session focuses on finding the why behind that stiffness, tightness and achy-ness. In just a few sessions you will understand how small changes in your movement can improve your posture and heal your body!

Pilates

Enjoy a group pilates mat class or a session on a reformer. In Pilates, small adjustments lead to big differences in the effectiveness of the exercise. So Private Training is the best way to achieve optimal results because your expert Trainer will be guiding and watching you closely. Your sessions will be developed around your goals and needs.

Mat Pilates is the essential way to work those muscles you didn’t even know you had in a low-impact environment. The foundation of strength, power, and explosiveness comes from the core.

The Reformer accommodates a full range of motion, which is great for increasing flexibility while building strength. The pushing and pulling with the arms and legs against the resistance of the springs, carriage and body weight makes this a unique strength building full body workout.

Flowlift

Flowlift is a yoga sculpt class unlike the rest. It’s cardio, strength training, and yoga all rolled into one!

Flowlift uses hand and ankle weights through a variety of squats, lunges and fun combination moves. This strength class builds lean muscle which burns fat, even when you body is at rest. All the movements in the class are strung together in a seamless flow, that increases the heart rate and keeps it elevated through out class.

Flowlift is amazing! Bri breaks everything down for you and makes you feel so comfortable while giving you a great push. I felt like the class was tailored to fit where I am physically. Best work out I have done in a long time!
